3. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Screenora. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, or other violations of these Terms.

Order Confirmation: After you submit an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is simply a receipt that we have received your order. Order acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you and send a shipment confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders even after you receive an order confirmation email if, for example, the product is no longer available or if there was a pricing or product description error.

Order Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it. Please check product selections, quantities, shipping address, and payment information for accuracy. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed by us (shipment confirmation sent).

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address and the tax rates in effect at the time of purchase. Sales tax is collected in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws, including the requirements of states where Screenora has a tax collection obligation. The final order total, including all applicable taxes, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Payment

Your payment method may be preauthorized or charged at the time you place the order.

However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Failed or Declined Payments: If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, we may cancel or suspend your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we cannot verify or authorize your payment information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Screenora ships products to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE—there are no shipping charges for domestic orders. Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order acceptance and shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control. Screenora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you or for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may be subject to additional charges.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from Screenora are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International Shipping: At this time, Screenora ships only within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or to U.S. territories unless otherwise specified.

7. Returns and Refunds

Screenora offers a 30-day return window for eligible products. This return period is our own policy; it is not a statutory cooling-off period, as the United States does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain products may be non-returnable for health, safety, or hygiene reasons, or as otherwise specified on the product page or in our Return Policy.

How to Initiate a Return: To request a return, you must contact us at content@screenora.shop within the 30-day return window to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Original shipping charges (if any were applied) are generally non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photographs, videos, software, data compilations, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the Site (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Screenora or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

Trademarks: The Screenora name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Screenora or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Screenora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping for and purchasing products. SCREENORA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRICING, OR OTHER INFORMATION ON THE SITE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCREENORA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SCREENORA FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Screenora, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
